Years of guiding tours have taught me one thing: while Hanoi’s scenery is beautiful, it’s the food that leaves the deepest impression. That’s why I’ve always made it a point to end each journey with a taste of our city’s diverse flavors. I was also the first to introduce the concept of Hanoi Food Tours in the Old Quarter.
